Why a whole storefront, just for a demo?

It's easy to describe an AI shopping assistant. It's more convincing to hand someone a phone, let them type "biryani for six," and watch the right products land in a real cart at a real store.

That's the whole reason Jourts exists. We could have built a slide deck, a sizzle reel, a sandboxed playground with fake products and a fake checkout button. Instead we stocked and delivered actual groceries around Karachi, wired the same Stu we'd bring into your store, and let a demo run against the same shelves a real customer shops from.

A shopkeeper doesn't picture their business from a pitch about large language models. They picture it from watching a cart fill itself, in a store that looks like the one they already run. So every part of this site — the shelves, the checkout, the delivery promise — is proof, not decoration.

The AI is the engine. The storefront is what makes the engine legible to someone who has never thought about AI at all.
