The difference between a PKR 1,200 cart and a PKR 8,000 one

Ask a shopper what they need for dinner tonight and you get a PKR 1,200 cart — one protein, one vegetable, maybe rice. Ask Stu for a week of dinners and you get something closer to PKR 8,000: five or six meals' worth of ingredients, scaled to a household, sitting in one cart before the shopper has had to think about a single SKU.
That gap is the entire pitch to a store owner. Not "we added AI to your storefront," but "the average basket got bigger because the shopper stopped shopping one item at a time." A shopkeeper has heard the AI pitch before. They have not seen their own basket-size number move.
It works because planning a week of meals is tedious in a way that buying one ingredient isn't — nobody wants to open five recipes and cross-reference a pantry. Stu does that cross-referencing, and the cart it produces is just the byproduct of removing the tedious part.
So when we demo Jourts, we don't lead with the model or the pipeline. We lead with two carts side by side and let the number do the talking.
